I have L3 thin filmed WP tubes in ANVIS 9. They are amazing quality, but I have to wait a half hour longer than my buddies to use them after sunset. I’m assuming because they are thin filmed. It’s just too bright and makes me worried that I’ll damage the tubes. I will see the faint white lines and then have to turn them off and wait until it’s darker.

How do I remedy this issue? Can I just drill a small hole in some covers to reduce the light coming in? It sucks because I can’t see into the shadows with my natural eyesight but its too light to use my nods.

hope this makes sense.

The hole drill concept is identical to the pvs14 day covers.

Try to copy the hole and bevel cut on a pvs14 cover. Should work with some adjustment.

I was running dual 14's, and there was this annoying night light. Adjusting the gain didnt work, had to start carrying day covers for that one specific area, because of the night light.

Best to you.
