I'm looking for someone who can send me a copy of IOR's instructions for their older dragunov reticle. They are unable to provide it in a format that my computer recognizes.
I don't have a copy at work, but I may still have a print copy at home I can scan to you. I will check later on and see what I've got.
Out of curiosity, what format did they send it to you in? Just thinking it may be easier for someone to convert it for you from there.
Also, you might try e-mailing or PMing Scott from Libery Optics about this issue. Scott has been a long-time IOR dealer and he may be able to hook you up.
