At Freshman orientation, there was an older guy with a bunch of military tattoos down his arm. Turns out he is Iraq veteren who is starting where I'm starting tomorrow. Everyone was pretty awkward to begin with, and he looked irritated being there, because he was older than most of us (I assume). I made sure I went up to him and thanked him for his service. We ended up having a good chat. In any case, not every kid is this ignorant. It's kinda funny though because I've heard all kind of crap like this out if kids my age.

Freakin ROFLMMFAO! That is FUNNY! I can't wait for the 13th when I get into the regular classes. So far all my clasees have been in the VA sponsered Upward Bound rooms where it's all vet's.
I hope I don't run into 'that scandelous redhead'. I damn sure don't need the trouble that will bring!
