Anytime someone adds "Match" or "Tactical" to something they are selling in most cases is to cater to someone interested in that. Doesnt seem like a bad rifle considering the quality components. Look at what you would pay to have that done with a rifle, and what it would cost you. Price doesnt seem too bad.

Same round... but 300 Win Mag Match may be referring to the reamer used to cut the chamber. Details including headspace, neck diameter and throat length may have different specifications than a standard chamber. A tighter chamber for better accuracy is the theory there. I would want to know the round count on that unit, but unless it is a trusted source, that is always questionable. Anyway, it would be in your interest to clarify these things as you make your decision.
