Is Colt letting inventory get low?

Was shopping around on GB last night and noticed that there were not many 6940's (20 or 30 were listed a month ago)for sale or 6724's. Is it me or is something happening with the supply of rifles? Maybe Colt is getting ramped up to produce the CM901 for its supposed debut later this spring/early summer?

Anyone have any idea?

Unless someone who works there wants to chime in all we can do here is speculate.

I wouldn't judge the relative availability of any item by what you may (or may not) see on GunBroker. There are plenty of Colt 6940s and some 6724s floating around if that's your poison.
