Is my sizing math/parts correct? (bushing/mandrel)

My 6.5 necks measure from the outside, fired : .297
    I am using a .287 bushing, so, sized: .287
The mandrel is .2625 i believe, and after running it through the cases I am at .290 outside diameter.

    Is this overworking my necks?

I had a weird issue months ago, loaded some rounds and shot them about a month later and you could grab the bullet and push/pull it up and down in the case.

I loaded some today, same components and you can’t move the bullet at all. Very strange but those loose rounds still shot a 7 shot group under a half inch lol.

Might pick up a .2615 mandrel and run .002 neck tension to be safe

You may have been getting some spring back with the brass. How many times has it been fired and has it been annealed?

A lot of people end up at .001, it doesn't hurt to test .002 to see if its better. IMO, if .001 shoots, I would load some and go shoot.
