Communism everything is done for the common good, again often ending up some political elites living large off everyone else. But seems very similar.

Clearly you do not have any great understanding of democracy. Majority rule works best in a republic, America is a republic. Since you apparently have never had any classes on civics, history or philosophy you missed that part. America's plan is to allow the majority to be represented as much as possible while respecting the minorities and their opinions, wishes and religions.
Our democratically elected politicians are supposed to represent the people from their precincts, districts, counties, states or regions. Unlike the current government we have, in the past we had representation in government. This country is changing and with rigged elections, crooked voting computers and fucked up laws we have allowed a ruling class to take over the country. They steal until they become rich, they are corrupt to the nth degree and more than money, they crave the power of life and death over everyone. I assure you voter fraud is rampant and the majority of fraud is Democrats. That being said, the Republicans in power turned on their elected president because he was from the wealthy elite and not welcome in the halls of power. They betrayed him at every turn to protect their hold on power.
Congress is elected on a two year cycle to allow for the immediate will of the people to be applied at the federal level. They are supposed to allow for quicker changes in law or practice. Congressmen were never intended to serve for 60 years.
The Senate is elected on a six year cycle with 1/3rd of the Senate up for election every two years to allow for a slower more rational view of current events to shape our government. Senators were appointed by governors for most of American history and they were never intended to serve for sixty years.
Th President is to be elected every four years and meant to serve as the single point of contact in the government for all matters requiring a head of state. Like international treaties, declarations of war and so forth.
Having three branches of government allowed for oversight from judicial to stop any branch from becoming too powerful and also to force congress to pass laws if they have bullshit they want addressed, not to order by decree as they do these days.
Our Republic is a democracy held in check and when ran correctly it is quite good. The real problem is since 1979 when Jimmy Fucking Carter created the department of education, the leftists have had total control over the educational system in this country and they have turned people into fucking idiots over the last 40 years. We are now a nation of cunts with no math skills, cannot fucking spell and have no earthly idea about the history of the country. This is why they believe any stupid shit the hear or see on TV.

Nothing good on this earth has come from communism. Communism has murdered 150,000,000 people in the last 120 years at a minimum. Everything worth a shit comes from Capitalism as a method of a socio-economic system.

We do not preach democracy because one political party in this country despises democracy and is leaning hard towards communism.
