Is the 6.5x47 still being used in tactical comps?

Re: Is the 6.5x47 still being used in tactical comps?

Upon considering the inarguable facts of several environmental variables that affect ballistics such as ambient temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, mean sea level, wind drift, spin drift and others like variations in barrel length, charge, neck tension, seating depth as well as absent skills of the shooter; I gotta wonder whether a few hundreths difference in BC makes any actual (on the target) difference at all.

...so those with the spare time to argue about it would probably be better served if they were out shooting instead, or reading about how to load better ammo.
