Ok so I'm thinking about parting out a rifle I have. It was a .260 built on a 700 LA. My question is, can this barrel be put on a SA without modification (will it just screw on)? The original action was not trued so it's original receiver threading. Thanks

If you use the same recoil lug as with the L/A there is a very good chance that it'll headspace properly, check it with go/no go gauges before firing it of course.
