Exactly my point. There are tons of drawings, spec sheets, and numbers. but not one of them I can find is from SAAMI.

The BMG isn't really a Sporting Arms cartridge, it's a military MG round.
Arguably, I find it a very sporting cartridge, just a bit expensive to shoot.

I am pretty sure it has NEVER been a SAAMI listed cartridge, everyone has always used CIP for it when discussing "standard".

That would make sense as to why there is no SAAMI drawing, the problem Im seeing is that the CIP and the Browning drawing are different, significantly enough to cause a chambering issue.

Because the CIP was not done for a Browning Machine Gun.
CIP for 50 BMG was "revised" in May of 2010 to better match modern utilization of the cartridge.

No matter what chamber spects you use there is going to be a problem. considering the cartridge wont handle pressure and was never designed to. its a 125 year old cartridge and is obsolete. but still impressive by volume, size and weight.
Perhaps, but its not goin anywhere because dumb-asses love to say "Fuhf-tee Cal" to their friends and are willing to pay exorbitant amounts of money to be able to say it.
I would say also because of the "special" types of ammo you can get for it which significantly enhance the usefulness of it.
