i am wondering what the weight differance between cm and stainless remington 700 short actions?

The weight difference between the two types of steel is so little that you will not feel the difference. If both the CM and SS 700 actions are manufactured to the same dimensions they will basically be the same weight.

i just ordered a stiller and durring research most every site gave a wieght comparision
