This is in a Leupold scope that was originally a duplex. Is it a Leupold conversion or is it a Premier Reticles conversion?

It's clearly not a Premier Gen II reticle - there are no hashmarks between the dots, and the dots in the Gen II are round.
Aside from that, there's probably no good way to tell, except possibly to query Premier with the serial number of the scope and ask if it's in their records.

Premier converted my 10X Leupold Mark 4 in 1995, and it looks just like yours.

Mine never had a sticker when it was returned from Premier.
Maybe someone can chime in about a more recent conversion, but the unusual thing I noticed about my reticle is that its elements "shimmer" between black to gold.

I have the same reticle on a 4.5x14x50 vari x III, did you ever find out if it was a leupold reticle? Mine has target turrets and a gold ring. I know this is an old thread but maybe someone knows something, I will be selling it soon and would like to be able to tell the buyer what it is. Thanks for any infomation.
