Suppressors Is This Fitment Normal?

Curious if this is normal or not.

The gap at top looks larger than the gap at bottom. In my experience, looks like your barrel threads are not concentric to the bore or the face of the barrel is not perpindicular to the centerline of the bore. Either way risks baffle strikes.
If the suppressor is bottomed out before the 2 mating surfaces meet, the threads are too long/not to spec.
None of this is ideal.
 
Either cut a relief behind the barrel threads , or remove the first 2-3 threads in the can or, like most folks use Belleville washers and not worry.
Belleville washers can be had from many quality fastener outlets.

edit to add, every 700 aac-sd I've seen is threaded that way.

Thanks for the responses. As you can see by the ring it mated up to another rifle just fine. I will be dropping the tactical off at my gunsmith for new crown and threads tomorrow.
