Rifle Scopes Is ths worth fixing?

I have a 1992 (made in japan) tasco world class 6-24x44 scope and the reticule is rotated. I contacted ABOUSA who took over the old tasco scopes and they will repair it for $48. The glass seems very clear but I am wondering what this scope is worth in good working order?
