I'm on the hunt for an older Remington 700 Police model in .308 Win.

I'm looking for an original rifle with the HS Precision stock, parkerized finish, BDL floor plate, standard bolt handle. The older the better. 22-26" barrels.

It doesn't have to be in great cosmetic shape, just want a shooter.

I have an old Rem 700 SPS short action .308 win that I put into an HS Precision stock, but it has the hunting taper barrel not the model 700 police model bull barrel. BDL floorplate and standard bolt handle, 24" 1 in 10 twist barrel from the factory. PM me if interested.

I’ve got one that I would part with, years ago I bought two of these, both with the original 26 inch barrels / fitted fiberglass-aluminum rail stocks, I’m one of those “one-is-none” type guys, the first one has been super accurate for me, and is holding up really well, the second one is new in the box, literally, I have original box/ manual, never had a scope on it, these were both personally hand selected by me. (I took it out of that foam lined box for storage, years ago I’d experience some corrosion from that foam, so I never let them sit in the foam for long-term storage).
