I’m having some issues with these mounts that’s been bugging me.

I switched from the SilencerCo mounts to these, so I’ve got 3 mounts and universal adapters.

Called Jon, I think, over a week ago and haven’t heard back, yet. I’m sure he’s busy.

Anyway, after installing the mount it’s nice and tight. After some time it get loose and am having to re-tighten every 20-30 shots or so. I’m using the supplied wrench every time and even a larger wrench. It happens on both my SiCo omega and hybrid.

He rifle is an AX in 6.5cm and an SP10 in 6.5cm as well.

    Anyone having this issue?

It seems like you have added an additional connection to a sample direct thread mount and now you have both left-hand and right-hand threads. Is this correct?

Were you having repeatability issues with the silencerco mounts? If so, the Dead Air Key Mo maybe the solution to your problems.

Haven't had issues with mine on an Omega. Is it the mount to can (internal sleeve) that's coming loose? If so my guess might be that you're over tightening the can when screwing it onto the barrel adapter. That would work against the internal threads and could cause it to come loose. I had that happen once when I first got it. I solved the problem by cranking the sleeve down as tight as I could with the supplied wrench, then when I mount the can on the gun I just screw it until it stops and don't torque it on hard.
