I’m sure it is operator error. Impact 737 action.

Taking a training course and looking for a little help with the tuning. I’m running the 6GT AW mags and every time I fire a shot, the mag drops down low enough for the bolt to skate over. Anyone running this combo have any pics of where the mag latch is on the chassis and the adjustment slide on the mag.

What acc? An old one or a new one with adjustable mag latch?

Just confirming - you have regular AW mags right to confirm function with right? The ACC Elite should be adjusted to fit those primarily since they don’t have adjustment, if you’ll be using both AI AW and Gray Ops mags. I recall my Elite had the latch adjusted pretty far up to fit AWs. If your Gray Ops is dropping you need to adjust the latch on it closer to the bottom of its adjustment to present the mag higher.

Your Impact 737 IS cut for AWs as well, right?

It is the Elite. Action is 100% AW cut. I have the ACC Elite mag catch all the way up and the mag all the way down. They ran fine in my Foundation with Hawkins extended latch

Is it locking in completely as set up? If it’s dropping under recoil I don’t think your latches are engaging properly. Mags drop free?

Just noticed this. Looks like I didn’t have the screw tight enough and the latch slid down. Appreciate the help guys. I assumed it was probably the user.
