Night Vision Issues with Night Vision Guys?

Night Vision Guys....Anyone have any experience with this company? Positive or negative, I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.

Ordered a pvs14 from them a couple weeks ago and shipping was prompt. First time using them but all went well. Depending on what your looking at if you sign up on their email or start the checkout process and then wait awhile they will email a discount code ??

Bought 3 different thermals thru them. No issues, good communication when I screwed up the itar form, quick shipping. No complaints at all.

ITAR form? Are you outside the US? I got an email from them about ITAR, but I'm in the US and shouldn't have to fill that out.

You just fill in a couple check boxes saying you won’t export etc.

I submitted a product question via a form on their website and just started getting spam emails from them in response. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Seems like I'm squared away now. Communication sucked at first, but that being said, I have a fairly high standard when I'm spending thousands of dollars on an item. Ended up sending another email saying I would stop payment on my credit card if they didn't get back to me. They got back to me. I did still need to fill out the ITAR form, so thanks for that piece of advice.
