I cannot recommend either as being repeatable to .2 mil, but I can advise you look at the Charlie TARAC, which is perfectly repeatable each time it's mounted.
If you only need to get the extra elevation and can accept a .2 mil change each time you reset elevation, then I don't see much difference between them.
