Hello, my name is Eduardo and I own a Tiger rifle in caliber 30.06. The bolt is not held when the magazine is inserted. Neither is open when the last shoot has been done. (bolt is closed) You know the reason?. It is perhaps a matter of designof this rifle?. Thank you very much for your help and best regards.

Some of the dragunov magazines do not have a bolt hold open.

I think the Tigers and Dragunov's have a catch built into the receiver to hold the bolt open. This is one of the ways that they differ from the traditional AK type rifle. I've never seen one of these in 30-06. It may be worth a little bit.
