They are the gray ops short external weights, I have milled the nipples off to double them up and to fit the sawtooth rails.. They screw into the side rail. My 22lR rifle with these weights balanced perfect with the 26in 1.250 OD BARREL
I've doubled them up and used them side by side. I'll add pics of both you will need shorter screws for the singles, I might have some and will look if someone is interested in it.
