Treat the load development like you would for a berger vld. I'm not a big fan of jamming into the lands, I used Berger's advice on loading on the lands, 20 thou 40 thou and 100 thou jump (or whatever it said on the website, I forget now)
Found my rifle likes to shoot 'em about 45 thou jump.

I have not shot to many bergers. I have always heard into the lands with them. Any notice on POA on shots?

here is the load work up this morning. This is shot from my 30" broughton 260 gun. This is a hot load. If tried work up to a safe load for your gun.

BR2 primers
COAL 2.980 in the lands
RL-17 44grs
High 2964
low 2935
ES 29

95% +/- 6.6
This is using a 10 shots over a chrono.

Shot at 800 yards today. These are some flat shooting bullets. My come up at 800 yards is 16 MOA. It was just hammer the 12" steel. Temp is 29 degs with a 14 mph wind at my 8. Very happy with load.
I shot some 140 JLKs and great results with these bullets also.

i've got about 2300 of these 130's. havent hammered down a final load yet, but my 6.5x47 pushes them to 2910 with 38.4 grains of varget. I will probably end up with a final load closer to 2880ish.
the 38.4 load hammered a nice 7 inch group at 1086 two weekends ago. I know that may not sound like much around here, but I was happy with it.

I shot 2 of my other 260s out at 800 yards. I drop 2 moa off of my dope. One was shooting 18.8 went to 16.5 moa and the other 20.4 to 18.25 moa. This load works great in my guns. The JLKs are impressive.

im trying them in my 6.5 creedmoor bolt gun , seem to have good potential just off the lands . hope to try @ 1k soon

How come it is at a G1 instead of a G7 BC? The 140s have a G7 but the 130s don't . I shot both bullets and they are extremely flat shooting.

shot a million fufillion of these in 6.5x47...lapua brass, jlk 130, viht N550, cci small magnum primer-----shot a string of twenty rounds in competition sub 8 inches for all at 800 meters---it was raining during my string-----one of my fav bullets

Good shooting. I wish I would have order more than I did. I'am getting better numbers with this load than the 139s.

Be careful to run a good amount of neck tension when jamming these bullets. In my chamber, .002" was not sufficient. Bullets sticking in the chamber of a tactical rifle in a match don't make good scores.
