JP 34mm 0moa (no cant) Cantilever scope mount. Flat top for mounting accessories, 5 screw base with picatinny lug. It does have a scuff on the cantilever below the ring pictured as well as a little resin residue inside the rings.
I bought this used on SH. Great mount, scope did not have a lot of elevation so needed a mount with some cant. Used this mount for 1 range trip to zero rifle. Really like the mount.
