JP Lightweight Carrier

For those of you running JP lightweight BCG in .308. What buffer and spring would you recommend? I was considering the captured spring setup.
FYI: I ordered this last week after Midway pushed my backorder back 6 months. It was in stock at JP for those of you looking for BCG's.

I run the silent captured spring. The entire set up is unbelievably awesome.

I too run the silent Captured Spring and it is sweet.

+3. Not only is it quiet, but cleaning it no longer involves pulling the slinky out of the tube. Something always felt goofy to me about that part of the design. Blasphemy or not, I like JP's re-design.
