We'll have to see how far we can get it up the chain to SCOTUS. Oregon is 9th Circuit, right. so it may be a rocky road before it gets there.

I envision Oval Office low level judicial nominations being similar to Radar O'Reilly handing Colonel Blake something to sign when it's actually a 4-day pass to Tokyo for Klinger. I would be stunned to find out any District level judicial nominee having been personally interviewed and/or vetted by the President, instead all that shit is done by the swamp that will never be drained.

In this specific case, "former" Dem, UC Berkeley grad, entire adult professional life spent in Portland = zero surprise on my part she ruled as she did. It won't get an actual constitutional review until it hits SCOTUS and even then it's dubious.

How many times does a ruling from the Supreme Court have to be said? Courts that wrongly make these rulings that fly in the face of previous rulings or the Constitution need to be held accountable, fined, whatever or the people need to say enough is enough. This tying crap up in courts and wasting taxpayer money time after time is getting old.
