There is a lot of great and true information there. The problem is, too many have their heads in the sand regarding the actual facts of the matter.

The next question is though, where does one draw the line, IF a line is to be drawn to begin with? We haven't even started talking about 'Banana Republics' yet, have we?

Personally, I don't think we should, either. Nor should we be talking about 'apologies' or 'reparations'. People are Free to go 'back where their ancestors came from' just as much as they can stay where they are and progress in life. That is all summed up as "Responsibility for Oneself" though, isn't it?

Didnt open the links because Im pretty sure its about how Africans were sold into slavery through a process controlled by other Africans.

That may be all well and true but present day Africa doesnt have a pot to piss in as far as paying reparations go and the people offering the reparations are not buying the votes of the African slave traders so truth and historical fact is a moot point.

Figure the cost of life and treasure fighting the Civil War.

We destroyed our commercial shipping which dominated the world and never recovered it to the extent we owned it. We were the Pharisees of the early 19th century.

Get that cost, inflate it to todays dollars, explain we will consider it a wash rather than require payment of that owed.

Let us not forget that the individual who filed suit in the Colonial courts to enshrine slavery on colonial plantations was, himself, an African.

Which is just as stupid as asking people who haven't owned slaves for 160 years to give money to people who haven't been slaves for 160 years.

This is just another redistribution of wealth and a new way to create victims who need to pull up their pants and stop whining. When they do, they end up as Senators, judges, owners of pizza chains, brain surgeons, Secretaries of State. Lots of things. Lie around smoking crack and whining about something your ancestors probably never even were... is a waste of time. Slavery is yesterdays news.

If you could show BOTH sides the cost, through means of time travel, I'm sure that war would have never been fought.......

And Congress would have agreed unanimously to grant Lincoln that 2 million dollars he asked them to appropriate.

They should sue the democrat party like the Jews sued the Swiss banks for compensation, the democrat party is a private corporation that has funded and supported slavery , baby killing , death and destruction, Nazi Germany use their party platform as a basis for the final solution ..

The democrats official policy up until very recently has bees pro slave, pro segregation, pro eugenics, as much as any nazi has ever been.

Sue them, its winnable.

I think you are on to something there.

You know, just getting a law firm to put out a “call for plaintiffs” would be a fascinating exercise. The repercussions would be rather resounding.

PS. So I wonder if the entity that is DNC, Inc can be held civilly liable for persecuting individuals as part of a political strategy... if the Russia Hoax, which has virtually bankrupted dozens of folks who were forced to lawyer up for no good reason other than they were Trump supporters and targeted as collateral damage, was thought up and executed even in part at the DNC or by its principals, then could a lawsuit not make the case that the DNC was part of a coordinated effort or conspiracy. To go one step further, their sworn goal is now the abolishment if the Second Amendment and attack’s on legal gun ownership. Why can’t gun owners in California or Oregon or similar file a civil rights suit against the entity coordinating this attack? The DNC....

Meh.... never happen...

Why is the FBI not raiding them for massive fraud against Bernie in 16? Not so much Bernie but the supporters and donors to Hilary and Bernie who were defrauded with the business conspiring against Bernie and fixing the game before the first vote was cast.

I flat out told her no and that the Dems of today are Communist . They are not for the Middle Class or the Constitution . She told me that they are and they are pro union etc blah blah blah . She went on to tell me how Trump is hurting her father and may cost him his job due to Chinese Steel tariffs . I asked if her Dad worked for a domestic steel producer and she replied yes . I explaine to her that if Chinese steel was more expensive then Domestic steel would be cheaper . More of it would sell and it would strengthen US steel and protect her Dad's job . She replied in a huff " well I see you have your opinions so good day !" The day is gonna come where stupid really fuck8n hurts and costs lives .
