Just got my new custom hunting rifle from Weber Customs - 6.5 PRC

Just got my new custom hunting rifle in 6.5 PRC from Rod Weber @ Weber Customs...to say I am pleased is an understatement!! Rod does fantastic work and is one hell of a nice guy!!

*Defiance Deviant GA Hunter in XM length w/Defiance XM bottom metal, spring, and follower
*Krieger stainless barrel - 1-8 twist, #4 contour, 24" finished length
*McMillan Rem Hunter stock hand fitted and finished by Weber Customs
*Jewell trigger tuned to 2#
*Mil-spec OD on all metal and fasteners

Scoped it up with a Nightforce NXS, and got it to the range yesterday....rifle shoots great with Hornady Precision Hunter Ammo 143 grain ELD-X and the Hornady Match 147 grain ELD-M.

It feeds slick....cycled loaded ammo through it at the range yesterday...no hiccups or snags!!

That’s an awesome setup. I just had a 6.5 Gap put together, I’d be curious to see how the speeds compare.
