There was a banker who was fired after 19 years on the job

Evidently they were arrested for using slugs at a laundromat when they were 19.

They lied about any criminal issues when hired as any theft / misappropriation makes one ineligible for hire.

A police department was digitizing all old files and this old arrest popped up....


I had an employee who had a fun life in the 70’s. Heroin arrest and check kiting. He ended up getting governor brown to pardon his old childhood crimes.


I hired another kid who did not disclose his arrest at 16. A friend stole a wallet that he wanted. They plead guilty and were given a diversion program. When we ran his prints through the FBI his rapp sheet was forwarded to me.

He had assumed that a sealed minor conviction was gone.

I’ll answer with a question for all of those that are for bringing up juvenile infractions in order to deny entry into society. Do you not think that like everything else in the real world, past transgressions should be considered on a case by case basis and judged upon suitability for a particular job?

As easy as it is today to acquire minor infractions and transgressions for things that many of us did as teenagers and were considered as “wild oats”, I believe that a dose of retrospect should be applied before passing judgement so easily.

My kids schools have cameras everywhere . They even have cameras aimed at the gas station across the highway .
They have used those cameras to catch kids with tobacco . The school tells the kids that even off school grounds , all school rules still apply . All those infractions are recorded in their school file and you know damn well , those records will be used against those kids in the future .
The schools are molding these kids to accept being watched and recorded by the government at all times .
They are teaching kids that their rights don't come from God , But they are allowed by the government .

So its overtime as a parent to help with normal homework and stuff AND reverse the crap they are being taught at school

My daughters school was founded in the early 70’s. A school that focuses on the basics of education and instills a strong sense of patriotism. It is written into the mission statement. That school does a darn fine job at it.
They even do the Pledge of Allegiance every morning!

The schools seem to be over run with anti American white guilt anti male commies . I swear to God , every history
and social studies teacher is SJW commie .
I have been running a anti - indoctrination program with my kids for years . The SJW crap stated in grade school .
One of the first dust up was with obama's 1st election . Get a call from the school that my #2 son wouldn't vote for the Marxist one and it was upsetting the other little state wards . My kid was in 2nd grade .

There have been a lot of school calls over the years and Principles don't care for my calls .
I got one more year of dealing with the school system .
