KAC 11.5 CQB SBR for sale

I am selling rifle only. Accessories in pictures can be sold separately if interested.

Rifle comes with original charging handle and original grip, and factory magazine along with manufacture kit as shown in the picture

This rifle has 2 (30 rd) mags shot thru it’s barrel.

This does need a form 4. FYI.

In state purchases (Florida) are preferred

If out of state it would be 1 stamp to transfer to an out of state dealer and 1 additional stamp to the new owner.

If sold within the same state as the existing stamp, only one single stamp is needed from old owner to new.

Technically speaking the lower is the serialized firearm. He’s inferring that what you COULD do is sell the upper separately to anybody and the lower alone, hell even stripped of all parts, as the SBR.

That said you could also take it apart and send a letter to the ATF asking for the sbr to be removed from the nfa registry and then just sell it as a pistol or split it apart, lower alone, whatever.
