Firearms KAC EMC Delta rifle

Hello gents. Letting one of my KAC rifles go. I bought the rifle mid last year, I don’t know much about it. The upper has the delta number and it was Cerakoted with the rail swap when I bought it. Looking for $9,500. With everything pictured included. The scope is a 4-16 Gen 2 Mil-XT

Is it green? It’s hard to tell in the picture if it’s a shade of brown or a shade of green. Nice rifle man. Super nice rifle.
