I have been trying to install a USGI KAC adj trigger in my Colt mk12, I have installed hundreds of triggers including some KAC triggers have never messed with adj triggers, I like hassel free, well I installed the trigger, then the hammer well the hammer sticks and wont drop, if I push in the pin partially on the hammer where its loose then it drops, I should have just got another Geissele

It sounds like the factory set adjustments are off and your sear isn't disengaging properly. I would just back out the adjustment screws until you start to see proper function.
You were 100% right, I guess I have no patience for adj triggers, I had to adjust both screws a little at a time untull the trigger finally broke
thanks Jake

It should feel pretty close to the SSA-E, sounds like it still could use some adjustments, also make sure you have the correct sear springs in the correct location they should be color coded. Don't forget to loctite the set screws once you get it dialed in.

You can do so much with at trigger especially if you know how to tune it and polish the right surfaces.
