Actually I called Swaroski (USA) whom I think handles them here in the US, hold time was long, but they answered my questions.

They are okay. Correspondence was decent. I had to pay shipping with full insurance to Swaro HQ on the east coast, and then wait a couple months (IIRC) for them to ship across the pond to repair. It could've been worse, but it's not like Vortex where they pay shipping and you'll get a new/repaired optic in 5 days.
