Karl kahles wein Helia s 3-12 x 56

I have an older Steyr ssg 69 pII that has a kahles 3-12x56 scope from around 1982. Wold this scope have come with the rifle?

The SSG69 was used by a lot of European militaries and law enforcement agencies. Hard to say, but the 6x Kahles (ZF84) seems most common from that era, followed by the fixed 10x version (ZF95).
