So is there going to be anything new coming out in the near future? Or should a guy just buy one of these now?

The 5700 or 5700 Elite?

If nothing new in the pipeline where is the best place to buy one? Any discounts for hide members anywhere, or just buy from the kestrelinstruments.com site?

I don’t know of anything new on the horizon, and those that do probably can’t say anything either.

There are always quality ones for sale in the PX and a few vendors here on the hide have competitive pricing. Just shop around.
