Upgraded my Kestrel to Elite and thought to make a quick comparison with G1 BC and Applied Ballistics Drag model.
Process:
Make 2 profiles.
1 uses BC library
1 uses AB Drag model
Lock enviromental sensors.
Zero wind
Here is the table. To break it to you, it seems the G1 profile keeps kicking until 380 yards. And by then it is well under anybodys normal hit margin for that distance.
I assume the curve, DM or G1, needs to be customized for my gun with DSF to obtain the best precision.
