Kestrel AB difference

What would cause my Kestrel Ab and Fury AB to be off by 1.5 mils at 267 yards?
As far as I can tell all my rifle specs/inputs are correct. Velocity was verified by Labrador the day before.
AB gives a correction of 12 mills for my SK Rifle match.
But, when shooting it only needed 10.5 mils.
What setting error whould cause this much difference?

Possibly, hidden menu inputs. There was a podcast with the ELR guys saying they typically run 1-3 AB units on different platforms. If they don't line up, there is a problem with the inputs. This is QC check for of not wasting ammo downrange. The AB units are all a bit cumbersome to check inputs on, and each platform varies a bit. Sorry that isn't a practical answer, but its very likely a procss issue.

My AB devices were within a tenth or two of each other.

I will have to check for the hidden inputs.
