Trijicon RMR "Type 1" Adjustable LED w/3.5 MOA dot on sale at Cabela's for $348.99 each. Free Shipping right now over $99.

Best price I can find anywhere else is $490. These are since replaced by the "Type 2" variant with only a few minor changes; most notably updated battery contacts for sustained recoil on pistol slides.

Great deal for a backup optic on a 3-Gun rifle or primary RDS on an AR or shotgun.

Thought I'd post up for anyone looking...

If you want to make this an even better deal, go buy some $100 gift cards from SVM on eBay for $80 or $82 each, sign up for a cash back site like active junky or swag bucks... I scored one when active junky had a 10% cash back day and C’s has free shipping and got it out the door for $238 once I got the $$ from active junky.

Currently Out of Stock, but they have them up once or twice a week:

Sometimes Samsung store or other gift card retailers have discounted e-gift cards you can get for 10-15% off with email delivery. It’s worth investigating if you’re in the market for any sale stuff at Cabelas.

Active junky is currently giving 10% cash back. I have mine deposited to my paypal. Clear your Cabelas cart, log onto the AJ site, search for Cabelas and shop through their link. Once you checkout, your cash back will show up as pending then approved after a couple weeks. They issue $$ quarterly. My referral link: https://www.activejunky.com/invite/231825

Free shipping has been extended. Use code '8FREE'.

You don't actually need to clear the cart. I usually go to Cabela's site first and add what I want to the cart. Then I go to ActiveJunky and clickthrough from there to just checkout. If you take too much time after clicking through you can actually miss out on the cashback.

Here's my referral link too - https://www.activejunky.com/invite/211084

Signed up for activejunky and grabbed this and some 556 ammo that's on sale, got $30 something coming back to me. Good deal, never knew about this kind of stuff. Thanks a lot for the lesson!

Last time I'll bump this for anyone interested.

Received mine in record time for free shipping; two days. Looking forward to getting it mounted as a primary optic on my AR. It's replacing my Vortex SPARC due to terrible battery life on the SPARC. Only makes it about 1 month on a CR2032 being turned on only during shifts at the lowest visible power (without washing out the dot). Great optic other than that.

Now I just need to commit to ordering a mount...leaning towards Scalarworks since I saved so much on the optic. I hate QD levers snagging on my gear and it looks like a nice, albeit expensive, option.

You will not be disappointed with a Scalarworks mount.
I have one of their RMR mounts on my Benelli M4.
Well thought out, beautifully machined, unbelievably light and great customer service.

Good to know, thanks. I haven't come across anyone who used one of their mounts. I'm worried it's gonna be overhyped. I'm really trying to cut weight off my rifle, so moving to the RMR/Scalarworks seemed like a good idea at less than 3oz combined weight.
