Night Vision KN203FAB-4 SIMRAD CAP AND RINGS. WHO MADE THESE?

30MM Simrad cap and rings that came with my KN203FAB-4 12/1999 (ITT Night Vision, under lic to SimRad) which came from a Florida PD. Who made these rings and Simrad cap? Pics are of a Lupy MK4 with the tab mounted

The badgers I saw on their sight had the same hole patter but there's a step on theirs?

Do you have a link to it? The caps seem to also fit on top of my ARMS #22 H QD mounts.

Saw those. Their's 3 hole mine are 4 hole. 2 holes thru the top and 2 holes thru the bottom. There are a pile of these comining with the KN203 FAB's out there.
