Kowa Optimed Unveils Phase 1 of Website Reboot for Sporting Optics, Medical, Industrial Lenses, and LED Lighting Divisions
Kowa Optimed launches Phase 1 of its new website today, which will provide a new user interface and more tools for customers of all four Kowa Optimed divisions. With every detail designed with the customer's needs in mind, the new website will to provide more in-depth product information and improved access to customer service.
The new website features updated product photos and benefits, warranty information, brochures, user manuals, and catalogs. In addition, visitors can search for Kowa dealers by location or by name. Once the visitor selects a dealer, they can directly access the dealer's website and purchase Kowa products without ever having to leave Kowa's website.
"We are very pleased to announce the introduction of our new website," says newly appointed President, Ohide Iwasa, "We have been working very diligently to improve our customer's experience with Kowa and we expect our website to reflect these efforts to build a stronger relationship with our customers."
The new site will also open up more channels of communication between Kowa Optimed and its customers. News and Events pages for each division will keep visitors up to date with press releases on trade shows, new product unveilings, and special events. The new website also enables visitors to check each of Kowa's Twitter feeds without ever leaving the site. Links are also available in the top right corner of every page to Kowa's Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram accounts. Visitors will have easy access to all of Kowa's social media sites, which will provide fresh and engaging content for visitors.
The launch of this site marks the first phase of renovations, with additional plans underway to create an even more useful and engaging site functions and content for Kowa users.
