how would you rate a kowa tsn2 with a 20x60 lens 77mm and is $283 a fair price for a used one shipped

I have a Kowa TSN1 with a 25x eye piece and a 77mm objective lense. About 15 years ago I paid about 400-500 new for it.In my opinion Kowa makes the best spotting scope in thier price range.It sounds like a fair price to me if it is in good condition.

I have a 82mm version and am more that satisfied with it. That sounds like a very fair price. I don't think you can buy anything for that price that would even compare.
