I finally got my LWRC M6A2 SPR yesterday .Their site showed it and described it with a Magpul ACS stock. When I received it it had the new el cheapo LWRC M4 type stock. I called them and talked to Brad the manager and said there was nothing they could do as LWRC was now shipping their rifles with the new low cost version.
This morning I got a call from Michelle @TGS and she apologized that I didn't get the rifle as pictured on their site and explained their IT people missed that models stock change a was sending me the ACS stock that was pictured on their site. I am very grateful to TGS for replacing the stock and it is nice to know their are still some companies that go above and beyond.

Yep...a rarity in CS these days!

Its a funny thing, but few companies realize that a part that costs them ~$50 or so as an authorized dealer can yield FAR greater rewards in a VERY short amount of time in terms of repeat customers, great word-of-mouth support that increases sales (or at least interest in the company), etc., etc., etc.
