L3 tubes or Elbit PH?

Hey everyone I’m looking to get a new pair of binos. I think I’m going to go with the 1431’s but I’m trying to decide between L3 tubes and spend all my money….or go with high spec Elbits and put RPO optics on.

If I go with the Elbit ph’s I’d save some money for thermal but I’ve been using the XLSH Elbits for a year and feel there’s better tubes out there. Is there a big difference between L3 and Elbit tubes? If so which is better?

I’ll be buying from custom night vision this go round.

Also, my intent is to make these my final pair of binos. So should I just go L3?

No question, go L3.

When you realize that the elbit tubes will look like high spec green ones, requiring you to turn on supplemental IR, you won't care at all about the RPO glass.
