Range Report Lack of heavy 300 win mag factory loads

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the lack of factory heavy 300 win mag available. Sure seems strange that you can buy factory 190 gr in 308, and that is also the heaviest 300 mag ammo I have found.

If anyone knows of something heavier let me know. I have a rifle that likes 220's, but I don't have the time to reload.

IIRC, they also make a MK248 Mod1 clone (200 SMK) but you may have to contact them.

Thank you jrob. That same retailer has a 210 grn berger vld hpbt loading available also. Both are better prospects than what I have found otherwise.

You can also call ChadTRG42 and have him load you something special. He shoots a 300WM and I'm sure he's got some good advice. Chances are that you'll get better ammo at a better price from Chad than you will buying factory offerings.
