STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Students should come with an open mind and willingness to learn. Please be willing to make mistakes and receive corrections. Failure of your gear, ammo and equipment is the sole responsibility of the student. We will do our very best to get you and your rifle back up and running, but if your equipment is deemed inadequate and/or unsafe then you will finish this course in an observer role. We expect you to have working knowledge of the rifle and equipment you bring to the course. You should be proficient with loading and unloading your rifles and you should display safe gun handling skills at all times. Safety is our first concern. Everything else is secondary. Your rifle should be zeroed prior to arriving for the course, even if it’s a rough zero. This will save time when we go into zeroing drills and techniques.

Regina Milkovich:

Regina is a competitive sponsored precision rifle shooter. She has been the top female in precision rifle shooting since 2011. She is still the only female to win a national level 2-day Precision Rifle Series match when she took the overall at the Tactical Bolt Rifle Challenge in April 2016. Over her shooting career she has racked up an impressive amount of top 5, top 10, and top 20 finishes in both the Precision Rifle Series and the National Rifle League. She’s written articles about precision rifle shooting for Dillon Precision Blue Press Magazine and Ballistic Magazine as well as several online publications. After almost 20 years in law enforcement dispatch as a trainer and supervisor, she made the jump into the civilian world and is currently working in customer service at McMillan Fiberglass Stocks in Phoenix, AZ. A majority of the training Regina has received has been at Rifles Only out of Kingsville, TX and she has been sharing that knowledge with shooters local to her for the past few years. Regina represents Timney Triggers, Spartan Precision Rifles, McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, Vortex Optics, PRIME Ammunition, Really Right Stuff SOAR, Rifles Only, Voodoo Tactical, Hawk Hill Custom, Patriot Cases, Butch’s Reloading, WieBad Gear, GeoBallistics, Grunt Style, and Superior Shooting Systems.

This Fall, Steph will be cementing her role as a mentor and precision rifle youth coach when she and her partner, Ella Kylberg, attend the annual Precision Rifle Series Pro/Am. When Steph is not at the range, she can be found with her two year old daughter, Piper “the Sniper” and spending time with her family and friends.
