Anyone own a Lanxang Tactical Precision Rifle? How do they compare to other top large-frame, AR makers?

I have the VL34 and LTE42. You can’t go wrong with a Lanxang. They are great rifles, and are made by a great company. You will not find better customer service. If it has their name on it then they back it completely.

As far as comparison I can’t help you much. I shot Larue, Daniel, and Aero before I bought my VL34. It’s not even close.

I've shot the 308 version. Very smooth shooting and accurate. I have a PWS MK216 and easily on par with the PWS. Different operating systems, but overall, it's very hard to go wrong with the Lanxang rifles. I saw one of their 5.56 rifles at a local shop last week and it might be my next AR. Very light weight, but solidly built and the price seemed very reasonable for such a well made rifle. Top quanlity but just not as well known as some of the other brands out there, but there's no mistaking the quality of their rifles. It's not just a bunch of mil spec parts put together.

I’ve shot one and it shot about like my old OBR except it didn’t choke after it got hot. They use Lothar Walther barrels.
