ho, tx
I bought new lapua brass to load. It appears the necks have been annealed?

Should i fl size, debur, chamfer, uniform pockets and flash holes.....?

Or do i considered the new brass ready to go?

Thanks for the help,

avd

Re: lapua brass

If the necks are dinged up, I neck size them only. I have yet to see a reason to deburr the flash hole on Lapua brass. Lapua drills the flash hole instead of punshing it out like others.

Lapua brass is GTG out of the box. Trimmed, sized, chamfered and flash hole is unioform and clean of burrs. I neck size mine and load it, just like mentioned above.
