Lapua resize for 6.5CM?

Have read and read the 260 vs 6.5CM posts up, down and all around trying to decide between the two. Both shooting buddies have gone 6.5CM, so there is a definite advantage there. Think it is all going to come down to brass choice/availability for me. A buddy has gotten 7-8 reloads out of the Hornady brass with minimal trimming, but I haven't located any in stock anywhere.

My question, has anyone taken a parent Lapua case and resized it for 6.5Creedmoor, and if its even possible??

The 6.5 Creedmoor is based off of the 30 TC cartridge and not the .308 like the .260 but there have been people here who have made 6.5 Creedmoor out of .308.
