First off, I know LaRue stuff is top shelf, so I have no issues there. However I wanted to run these rings on my Leupold, which sits atop my Savage 10LFP.
I'd like to be able to move the scope over to my M1A in a SAGE stock? Both .308 cal.
With the two piece setup I'm able to use the stripper clip guide for a mounting point for the scope, and have the other on the SAGE top rail.

I'm curious to get some opinions on the rings themselves and the idea of transferring the scope back and forth. In all likely-hood it won't happen but I just "thinking out loud" here. Thanks

If you are truly trying to run a “precision” rifle it would seem wise to try to dedicate a scope to each rifle. To bounce between rifles would seem to be fraught with all sorts of issues.
