Larue PST port selector/adjustable gas

is the Larue PST simply an on/off type gas block or is it actually adjustable?

It is non-adjustable. One position is 100% on, the other is reduced gas volume.

The 7.62 OBR will not cycle on suppressed mode (which tells me it has cut down a good amount of the expelled energy).

Unsure on the 5.56 OBR models....

It appears to be LaRue's version of a Noveske Switchblock.

Hmmm.....My PredatOBR has become a very expensive rifle

upgrades:
replace A2 flashider $??
adjustable gas block $80
butt stock $100-$240
replace trigger or find out if if I can lighten with a spring change. $??

well...it's personal preference. But so is the stock, lighter trigger pull, adding the muzzle brake I want. I prefer a gas block that is incrementally adjustable like a JP.

I am not sure that the JP adjustable gas block would fit under the PredatOBR handguards. If you do swap them out, you would not have any problem selling the larue pst for at least $80 to replace it.
