Rifle Scopes Larue Rem. 700 Base

Re: Larue Rem. 700 Base

No pics of the rifle and base yet. I went with it due to Larue's rep. and the price. Just hope it works out well. On the up side, they did include a bottle of there Dillo Dust seasoning. Good stuff lol

Just think of how much cheaper it could have been if you only got what you ordered.

Re: Larue Rem. 700 Base

The only problem I have with Larue is they are in TX and have to pay tax on shit I get from them....

So if you purchased it already and have gotten it why dont you tell us how it compares? Pics are a plus..

Re: Larue Rem. 700 Base

I mounted the base the other day but still havent fired it. Seems like a pretty good base. Tooling is clean and no obvious imperfections. Away from home on a trip right now. Will post pics after getting home in a day.

Well guys, got home earlier than I thought I would (last night). Just got back from doin a little shooting with the rifle. Shooting good minus the guy driving it lol. But other wise consistant. Here are a few pics of the rifle and shooting.

Re: Larue Rem. 700 Base

Like I said, it was consistant and seems to have been cut well. Only put a couple boxes through it so we will see how she performs over the long haul. My only comparisons are to a Leupy Mark4 on te 22-250 and ones that I used on the M24 in the military. Those are steel I believe and the Larue is a alluminum. Other than the material being different, no real difference
